• Our trusted courier service deliver the goods via truck. Please note this may be a large articulated truck on some occasions. Please notify the customer service team when placing an order if the delivery location is small or difficult to manoeuvre around.

• Returns & Exchanges: Returns or exchanges are only granted if the item has been damaged or the incorrect item is delivered. The products must have been untouched by the customer. The office may ask to see images of the product so we can follow up with the delivery service.
